The Soulfood Restaurant in the heart of Innsbruck focuses on the important things in life: burritos. Our specialty is that the toppings are made primarily from regional ingredients. For example, we replaced the classic guacamole (made from avocados) with a local twist—our own "Erbsenmole" made from peas. The various vegetarian toppings are also selected based on seasonal availability. In the evening, the burritos often take a back seat as guests enjoy a beer or cocktail. The Kartell then becomes a cozy spot for night owls to linger and relax.
