Microbiologist Dr. Heribert Insam will lead through the “Food Matinée” and will be accompanied by musicians Sebastian Schweiger and Patrizia Grave.
The jazz trio “Sound of Science” will address the topics of climate and the environment from a musical perspective and make nature audible.
