Experience the sediments of the earth, served as a healing elixir! The Terra Wisdom Bar is an experimental tasting room that stands for the connections between resources/soil fertility, rocks and soils as storage media and embodied knowledge/health. As diverse as the naturally occurring soils and minerals on our planet Earth are, so too are their health benefits. Soil substances and soil organisms can balance the body, bind and eliminate harmful substances, strengthen the microbiome, inhibit inflammation, mineralize, increase or decrease the absorption of nutrients, and much more. The knowledge of precious earth substances must be brought to life, examined and possibly preserved. Our innovative tasting traces these relationships, visually addresses the complexity of soil in various forms of presentation, and offers tastings that are perceptible in terms of language and taste.
