Fighting climate change with the cooking spoon

Our daily food affects the environment and the climate. How does the ecological footprint of our diet come about? What can we do to reduce it without compromising on the balance and taste of our food? This cooking workshop will cover everything from food procurement and cooking to waste avoidance/disposal.

Please bring along: Apron, tea towel and sealable containers
